cancellation and refund policy
due to the unique preparations entailed in running a cooking school, there are no refunds or exchanges on cooking classes for any reason. we make no exceptions for any reason. when you ask us to make an exception, we will remind you of this policy which is clearly posted on the website.
in the event of inclement weather, insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances beyond our control, a class may be rescheduled or cancelled. we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including minimum registration requirements, we may cancel or reschedule a class.
if you are unable to attend, please send someone in your place.
before you purchase a class for another person as a gift, please be sure that person can or desires to attend. the responsibility for redeeming a gift certificate belongs to the owner of the certificate. please be proactive and schedule your classes a minimum of four weeks in advance. chances are we will not be able to offer you an opening two days before your certificate runs out. we will NOT extend the dates! your class gift certificates are valid for the length of time stated on them! gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. please bring your gift certificate with you to class or you will be asked for another form of payment.
