in the bread basket of france, gascony! 
 
a throng of open air markets, exquisite cuisine, devoted culinary artisans and cooking classes designed with the culinarily curious teen in mind.
 
we begin in paris, the city of light, where the modern and historic culinary worlds collide.
 
fly in and get met at charles de galle airport. paris accommodations at hotel de la paix in the montparnasse arrondissement. (paris transfer, hotel, and meals not included in tuition)
 
then train to gascony for a mezmerizing melange of visits and cooking classes.
(train transportation not included in tuition)
