Culinary Labs at C’est si Bon! Cooking School! (Sold Out)

Culinary Labs at CSB is similar to our Kid Chefs. This is our NEW afterschool program that takes a deeper dive into the culinary world—Mother Sauces, Stocks, Soups, Protein Fabrication, Garde Manger, Baking, and Pastry.  

This program will offer young culinary enthusiasts an opportunity to have hands-on skills in the kitchen. With a little something for the students to bring home to share with friends or family 

There will be some assembly required.


Sample Menu: 

French Bistro: 

French Bistro Salad, 

Goat cheese croutons topped, Lemon & Thyme dressing 

Coq au Vin Blanc, tender braised chicken with mushrooms, parsnip finished with Cream & Thyme 

French Collards And Mustard Greens 

Appel, Pear Tarte Tatin Topped with Miso Carmel Sauce
